This growing company needed and bigger and more functional workplace in a new location. Eagle Refurb worked closely with the company directors to deliver a fully fitted office, originally an empty warehouse that needed stripping out and starting from scratch.

We fitted a modern office with a contemporary kitchen and shower room facilities for the staff including a fully accessible toilet downstairs and transformed this into a fully functional space.

Complete 5 bed strip out and Renovation. Originally a 3 bed we carried out extensive work.

A loft and cellar conversion to add the additional bedrooms and a side extension to add a dining room.

We leased with building inspectors and architects to ensure a perfectly smooth running renovation.

This property had every single room redecorated, a new family bathroom, 2 ensuite’s, new kitchen, decking area in the garden and carpets and laminate flooring fitted throughout.

3 Bed strip out and renovation. This property required modernisation throughout. We rearranged the interior walls upstairs and added a bedroom and a modern stylish family bathroom.

We also carried out an electrical rewire and had a new boiler fitted. We installed a driveway and took out the front garden adding more space for additional parking.
